The Yamantaka practice is performed for seven days prior to the Tibetan new year in order to clear obstacles and to create beneficial conditions for the practice of dharma.

1. VACCINES: Bivalent boosters against Covid Omicron and the annual flu shot is recommended but not mandatory.
2. PARTICIPANTS WITH SYMPTOMS or KNOWN RECENT EXPOSURE: If you have ANY sore throat, stuffy nose, or fever, assume it is Covid or flu, and please STAY HOME even if a rapid test is negative.
3. MASKS: Mask-wearing protects others. For those not involved in playing wind instruments or lamas, we strongly suggest mask-wearing during the pujas to decrease any possible transmission.
